RETURN POLICY

Product must be returned within 21 days of the original transaction date for a full or partial refund.

 

It takes 2-7 business days to process a refund . Once the refund is processed and sent to your customer’s card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to your customer’s account. In total it can take 9-14 business days for a customer to receive their refund.

 

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

We regret that we must limit orders to no more than 1 units of any single item and 6 total items, with a maximum purchase of $250.00.

 

SALES TAX

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. NOTE: Shipping is taxable in ND, NE, SD, but is not taxable in SC and IA. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at +1 (855) 966-7462

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
